About Lisa Creager – Part 1
Who is Lisa?
I am a 59 year old Mom of 3 grown adults, 40, 35,and 32 and a Grandma of 5, ages 21 to 7.
I was born in November of 1964 (hello Scorpio’s) in Coos Bay, Oregon, the beautiful Oregon Coast!!
Where the luscious green trees sway back and forth as sea salt air flows through each branch and shakes the leaves, as in… to welcome you.
The sound of ocean surf calms your spirit, and where each sunset shares space with our amazing ocean!!
The coast is a beautiful place to spend your time.
But let’s not forget the ever amazing forests in the mountains, personally…..I’ve always preferred the mountains.
The mountains are quiet, peaceful, and evergreen.
The streams and rivers make their own unique sounds that can mesmerize your senses, if you’re aware of the peace.
And we can’t forget the well hidden wild animals, the birds, chipmunks and any other inhabitants of our amazing forests!
You can smell the fresh air and bask in the rugged nature of mother earth!
But, for the last few years though, I must admit that I’ve been living inland.
Where it’s unusually hot (Medford area) and I’ll be the first to go running for the air conditioned house just to catch my breath from well…breathing in hot air, yuk!
Then…….. It snows!!
Fun times indeed!!
So, let’s get to the meat of the situation.
Why I started this website!
I truly want to dive in headfirst to get this information out to you!
BUT, I’m new at this…. so I warn you….. until I *“*GET IT*”* you may find random pictures or funky foreign out-of-place words or sentences that I haven’t figured out how to delete or change (websites come preloaded)!
*(*which means until I know how to create a really neat looking website WHILE revealing my personnel mind blowing, intriguing, awesome, and valuable information that PULLS YOU IN out of curiosity and kinship)
So, just giggle a bit and join in the fun!! Because I AM having fun here!!
My Desire is To Share What Happened
Yes! I absolutely MUST SHARE!
My reality of what has happened in my life concerning the subject of gratitude.
The undeniable magical miracles that I have received and truly….. what every person receives, is within this website Gratitude is the Secret! (because…..Gratitude is LOVE!)
Seriously, if you want your life in every area, to go “your way”, gratitude is the key!!
This site Gratitude is the Secret because I read (in 2021) a book titled “The Secret ” by Rhonda Byrne.
In it I learned about the SIMPLE, amazing benefits I could invite into my life, into my energy field (my happiness field) by just intentionally “thinking about the FEELING of joy” as much as I could.
Listen, when you sit and think (about anything) you usually GET A FEELING from thinking that thought!
That FEELING will end up creating in you certain happy EMOTIONS.
With GRATITUDE your goal is to go for ONLY the good, the happy, the wonderful, uplifting, thoughts, so you can RE-create the emotions you felt!
While FEELING the “emotions” that’s when you need to use this moment, this opportunity to write it down!
That particular FEELING of what IS making you FEEL happy, (that’s the KEY) and then you get to write it down in a phrase started like this one, “I am grateful for”….
Those honest HAPPY emotions from your heart are what is weaved into the paper through your unique writing style!!
I found that GRATITUDE shoots directly into God’s heart and that GRATITUDE is what our Creator DESIRES-MOMENT BY MOMENT.
You WILL receive a wonderful reply (on God’s time)!!
Yes! That is EXACTLY HOW IT STARTED!
The Secret was published in 2006 and the information held within each page of this particular book was so unique to me that I HAD to learn more!
I started researching gratitude AND the people who live their lives by it and then some! (amazing health benefits, by the way!!)
Then SURPRISE, SURPRISE I found out she released a follow up book titled “The Greatest Secret”.
She published this 16 years later in 2020, this is the one that cemented my “knowing” that this is the way to find freedom in everyone’s life.
I read this one 2 months after I read The Secret.
It’s like my spirit was tugging at my heart, letting me know, this is where I needed to start looking for whatever it was I was looking for…….(I didn’t know I was looking!!)
I must admit my own personal life had been completely shattered for the 2nd time in 2008, and that’s after being shattered the first time by the unexpected death of my husband of 16 years in the year 2000. And……… yet again in 2016, shattered.
Continuous devastating circumstances, they kept happening to me!
Slowly and painfully I was stripped from my home of 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, vehicles and money.
I now realize how blessed I was in 2016, to carry with me a truck full of my treasured belongings!!
I Am now happily living in a 12 x 15 foot bedroom which is a part of my youngest daughter’s family home and at this point I’m so friggin happy it’s beyond belief weird!!!
The real deal here is that I have been angry, confused, lost, scared out of my mind every flipping day (on how to survive), always tired, lost my trust in EVERYONE, no vehicle, no health insurance of any kind, I distanced myself from everything, just plain ole grouchy, tired, and in so much pain since 2002.
So, now I know why my spirit was tugging at my heart and getting me excited!!
Lisa Creager NEEDED GRATITUDE to GET HAPPY and to WAKE-UP!!!
In 2004 The Secret was written after Rhonda had her whole life collapse around her and she was in complete and utter despair.
Now, during Rhonda’s turmoil, her daughter Hayley, gave her a very unique gift.
This unique gift was a book that was published 100 years ago.
Written by a man named Wallace D. Wattles called “The Science of Getting Rich”!
In “The Secret”, Rhonda claims that from Hayley’s gift of that book” The Science of Getting Rich”, after reading this book, Rhonda realized she had been given a glimpse of a GREAT SECRET-The Secret to Life.
Now, THAT IS AN INTENSE, LIFE ALTERING STATEMENT if I do say so myself, would you agree also??!!
She wanted everyone to know!!
You know what……..I FELT THE EXACT SAME WAY after reading both books, The Secret and The Greatest Secret!!!
I read the book her daughter gave to her too.
It is an amazing, eye opening insight to how the unseen of everything (God) WILL bring to you miracles, because of your belief in yourself in this unseen. (God).

Rhonda has a team that creates movies and part of her downfall was because they were broke!
So, together they learned and incorporated what the book said, they used its insights in and through their whole lives and trusted the process.
They created their abundance, prosperity and joy, beyond their wildest dreams!
That is what that book promised!!
That’s how The Secret was born.
THEN, 10 years later she had an earth shattering experience in her life and she found herself feeling unwanted feelings she hadn’t felt in years!!
Then she learned something that most people are unaware of and that is “BEING AWARE” of who you are in every moment and the beauty of life that surrounds your awareness in every moment!
This prompted the sequel “The Greatest Secret”
The Greatest Secret “for me” gave me the truth, I now KNOW FOR SURE, everyone’s life can and will be lived without FEAR!!!
I believe in synchronicity….. so I KNOW you stumbled here @ Gratitude is the Secret for a reason!
Possibly you are here to gather more information about something that is intriguing to you.
Because something IS pulling you to look! (I mean.. you’re here.. your spirit, your soul is SERIOUSLY CURIOUS)!
In the time we are in now, we must admit that our soul, our spirit, is really pulling at our hearts to wake up, to see who we really are, and to start living through our heart!
Listen, I’m going to be TOTALLY OPEN about how and why I got here.
And at times you may think whoa….this is a bit much!!
It probably is… But I know you are very curious, just as I was and as I Am still.
