How To Find Your Secret To Happiness Within You

The Kingdom of God IS Within YOU

I MUST start this off with a bit of scripture because it’s one I think we don’t truly grasp! So, here we go!!

In Luke 17:20 the Pharisees were DEMANDING that Jesus tell them when the kingdom of God shall come. Jesus told them point blank…

“The kingdom of God COMETH NOT WITH OBSERVATION…”

So, there’s that….

The kingdom “comes” NOT with observation. 

It will NOT BE SEEN……. You will “NOT” OBSERVE the Kingdom of God coming!!

Do YOU know why?

Well, in Luke 17:21 Jesus says WHY!

Neither shall they say, Lo here, or, lo there! for, Behold, the Kingdom of God is WITHIN YOU.

In Luke 17:22 Jesus said unto the disciples, “The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the son of man, and ye shall not see it”. 

ME: (not on any day)

Jesus continues in Luke 17:23…  “and they shall say to YOU, see here; or, see there: “go not” after them or follow them…. 

Jesus is saying here; FOLLOW NO ONE WHO CLAIMS THEY KNOW OR BELIEVE JESUS HAS RETURNED or IS RETURNING. Hmmmm!

Stay with me here!

Now, I’m going to offer a few present day (if you will) mantra’s most Americans (or anyone) FOLLOWS.

We’ve all been following the rules, the mantras (if you will) of “you have to work hard to make any money”, “you have to go to school and learn what is required”, “you have to go to college if you want to amount to anything”, “you NEED to go to the doctor more than yearly”!

The one that gets me the most… because of the Unity one can find within one’s self… “you must follow and live by the “RULES” or “DOCTRINE” of whichever church you attend” and……..  each one is different.

They (churches) each have DIFFERENT RULES .

Because of my experience with different religious people and other religions, I know this to be TRUE.

So to me, this is a major cause of separation of people, and it happens ALL THE TIME.

Could this be your experienced too!?

Christ (I BELIEVE) was trying to get a point across for us to have and be…. UNITED WITH PEACE IN OUR HEARTS.

These seemingly endless church rules (I believe) DIVIDE our people. 

I do get the point of each religion, each is trying their best to teach LOVE and UNITY.

BUT be aware here, ALL of these DIFFERENT “rules” are NOT written in any bible, just saying! 

If they are and I have missed them, trust and believe those rules or doctrine are NOT centered in PURE LOVE (not delivered by God/Jesus). 

Meaning (through the lens of LOVE) they would not be channeled through our TRUE SOURCE of LOVE.

Jesus did not speak of any of this separation in his parables.

Working hard, learning what’s required, college marks the peak in lives, we have doctors everywhere. 

We are not meant for this absolute mind-bending, life altering, can not be any other way, BELIEF SYSTEM I find ourselves constantly revolving around in and stuck in.

Life should be absolutely lived in a loving essence of belief in OURSELVES because the kingdom of God is TRULY WITHIN “”YOU””.

I want for us to jump back to 2021 for a moment, to take a look at my deep research on gratitude.

Listen, when “really thought about” and taking a moment to “look around at the outside world that you live in”, it can and it does influence you.

I am deeply hoping YOU understand and know this to be true, at least a little bit… okay? 

Especially with the news and social media, etc. you pay attention to.

We live in a world that PROMOTES in our lives fear and worry. 

I mean, what do they talk about that is positive and uplifting, “every night” on the news, etc? 

We have constant sickness surrounding our world at ALL times with new medications introduced almost daily that have “their own side effects”!

Did you know that Rockefeller in the 1900’s MADE IT ILLEGAL for anyone and everyone to USE OR SPEAK of ALL healing herbs that grow natively and naturally….. ALL OF THEM! 

He was the very first BILLIONAIRE who saw the MONEY AND POWER in oil and gas, and grabbed on to it, creating petrochemicals (look that up, please).

There really ARE GOOD things happening all the time but, DO YOU HEAR ABOUT IT EVERY NIGHT?! No you do not!!

ALL of this is heard from whoever we find in charge of “we the people”. 

It certainly does not say all these rules in the bibles that are read.

This all just comes from the people who CLAIM to be in charge!

They continuously speak about everyone’s life paths to everyone, “and people believe this and that’s what they follow”! 

In your life there should be FREEDOM to learn and do what FEELS RIGHT to YOU! 

FREE!! FREE!! FREE!! 

What FEELS RIGHT TO YOU, YOU, YOU!!!

Remember God is GOOD! 

So what YOU DO should be GÒOD for YOU! 

It should FEEL GOOD to do whatever you FEEL GOOD doing!

Your God’s child, remember?

It’s really that simple!! 

But, it’s made NOT to be simple by those in charge! 

DO YOU SEE THAT? DO YOU??!! 

I DESIRE for YOU to see this!

This is where and when the saying “wake up” “waking up” and possibly even the word “woke”, comes into play BIGTIME!!

This is an IMPORTANT ELEMENT IN LIFE to consider so that YOU can allow yourself to move forward in PEACE. 

Within my about me pages (if you have read them)…. 

I am one person (out of millions, I’m sure) who KNOWS this is not how it is supposed to be.

Just by how my life was lived…….. compared to now!

All of this reality that “I’ve been living” my whole life, that I was immersed in (like you, possibly), made me realize something MAJOR that LITERALLY took me into higher understanding!

What is it?

I FINALLY realized by slowing down what I was reading, and really absorbing “”the words”” I found out (was reminded, really) that “The Kingdom of God is Within”!

Can you stop and take “that in” for a moment?

“THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU” 

W I T H I N 

WITHIN YOU!!

Inside YOUR body!

This isn’t just a sentence in scripture that’s said.

It’s a sentence that holds a POWERFUL truth in each letter, because it means exactly what it says.  

The Kingdom IS WITHIN YOU! 

The definition of within…….  “in or into the interior; inside”. 

It says INSIDE, into the INTERIOR, that’s what WITHIN means……

You are the Temple, 1 Corin 3:16 ye are the temple of God, and that the SPIRIT OF GOD DWELLETH in YOU.

So, this reads loud and clear… the kingdom is NOT outside of you or outside of your life, or in a building somewhere…..it’s in YOU! 

Your light, your spirit, your heart (God’s LOVE)!  

You’re the LIVING temple of GOD!!!!!!!!!!! 

GOD DWELLS IN YOUR HEART. 

Period. 

Simple. 

Easy to understand? 

I hope so.

ROYAL SUBJECTS

Let’s try this idea……

A Kingdom is definitely a royal place, right? 

The people in the Kingdom are “ROYAL SUBJECTS”!

Within these 2 words “royal subjects”, you’re being reminded that God has ALWAYS been your provider. 

God provides your basic necessities in EVERY ASPECT of your life.

Living the life we live which I spoke about in the beginning (above), YOU DO NOT REALIZE THIS….. at all! 

We ALL are clouded by our FEAR!!

FLAT OUT, truth be told, we are living in and through God’s Kingdom and this TRULY means “trusting that God will provide EVERYTHING” YOU’VE desired, everything YOU need to survive, ALL while being happy in each moment! 

You’re living in a fortress, YOU’RE the fortress, which is AMAZING!

Your Temple (head) and your Heart (chest) is your Fortress! 

Fortress means a castle or stronghold, a place of defense and protection against large-scale attacks! 

Your fortress brings peace to your soul in the midst of any chaos happening around your life!

Isaiah 62:3 – The Lord will hold YOU in His Hand- “a SPLENDID CROWN👑” in the Hand of God. 

(YOU ARE THE CROWN👑)

YOU “in the act of trusting” being truly, deeply, thankful for what GOD does provide”, and BEING SATISFIED WITH THOSE PROVISIONS.

Sometimes YOU will get what YOU asked for in a way that may be a different perception (to YOU) of your actual desire BUT do not fret, God knows EXACTLY what is happening….. so just TRUST!

I mean, seriously!

TRUST

Receiving The Kingdom requires your consent, your trust, and your change of heart!

This enlightenment is within YOU, it begins in your heart and connects to your pineal gland, that is YOUR spark of God, and has always been there.

Within YOU, in your chest area, connected by your meditation.

That’s where your spiritual light is (that has always been spoken of) and that’s where your Kingdom’s located.

We will discuss this part soon, the pineal gland in the brain is what triggers your WHOLE body to fill with light.

Perhaps others “DO” WANT TO RECEIVE IT, but maybe they just aren’t prepared enough or open wholeheartedly to give it enough space – so it would seem that their spiritual growth is choked by all their distractions and false idols claiming their attention.  

God is LOVE and God is LIGHT.

You are LOVE and you are LIGHT! 

Your heart holds a light that knows true love.

So I FEEL and BELIEVE ALL OF THIS comes to me as a newer understanding of my FAITH!

RAISE YOUR VIBRATION – FOR THE KINGDOM

To have your internal, invisible to the eye “light”, shine brighter is the goal. 

This is the effect of what is called “raising your vibration”!

When your vibration (your happiness) rises (even a tiny speck of itty bitty teeny tiny bit!!), your light shines brighter!

Here… I want to share and offer YOU 2 TRULY EASY ways to get you started.

Two amazing ways to raise your vibration are journaling your daily gratitude and making meditation a PRIORITY at least 3 minutes a day. (you will find that you will WANT to meditate longer as the days go)

NOTE: I AM working on a post about meditation…. Please make sure to swing in to find it; at random times. I am sharing a smile with you right now because I AM so very grateful for these opportunities to share with YOU!!

I have crazy, non stop, got to move, ADHD so I started with ONE MINUTE the first number of times! 

Just DO YOU, okay??!!! Whatever FEELS GOOD TO YOU!!!!!

These are the wonderful moments of God’s LOVE “connected in and through you”, coursing through your veins and energy field!! 

I came to the understanding (finally) that I needed to “sit and take no thought” to even get near the kingdom… because THIS (meditation; YOUR silent prayer) raises your vibration!

Raising YOUR vibration gets your spiritual energy high enough to connect to the ALL of your Father in heaven!

I’ve also learned that prayers of gratitude work everytime! (raises your vibration)! 

I’m not saying that other prayers don’t work! 

I’m saying in my experience these past few years PRAYERS of gratitude DO GET ANSWERED seemingly FASTER (from MY experience).

Especially when I spend a few moments acting out my excitement, because I KNOW I have already received it! (raises your vibration)

And….. It IS O K A Y to ACT your excitement!! 

Matthew 7:7-8 When you ask, it is given!! 

REMEMBER THIS, please.

Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Your excitement is your truth, even when ACTING your happiness, your excitement! 

ALL of the heavenly hosts FEEL this from YOU and I can PROMISE YOU that YOU will get this, you will understand this and you will start to GRASP the FEELING of your vibration continually rising. 

That is when the answer is fulfilled, but please remember this…  it is ALWAYS on GOD’S DIVINE TIMING…. 

No crying out for help, or begging for forgiveness, or asking for things YOU need. (lower vibration). This part is in REGARDS to feeling fear or worry…..

I say lower vibration in a loving, teaching way, again this is from MY PERSONAL experience.

And crying is the most amazing medicine for your body, it is a release, the goal with crying is to NOT STAY IN THAT EMOTION and to also be PROUD of yourself for allowing your FEELINGS to come up, be felt and then released!

PLUS this is from all of the people before me that I have learned from, this has been their experience also. 

Higher vibrations will bring your desires to you (seemingly faster), it is your positive frequency of energy!

PRACTICE A POSITIVE MINDSET

Bottom line here is, do whatever you can do to stay in a positive mood. 

I know, sometimes it IS EASIER SAID than done, but I urge YOU gently with ALL of the LOVE in the Universe.

Think of things that make you happy or do things that make you happy. 24/7 (just keep practicing this!)

Every single moment that you are happy, creative, loving, kind, helpful, etc. you ARE connected to the SOURCE of ALL CREATION!! 

Hey………. EVEN WHEN YOUR “”NOT IN A GREAT MOOD”” YOU ARE STILL CONNECTED to ALL HEAVENLY HOSTS!!

TRUST AND BELIEVE THIS!!! 

ALL good things that are extracted from YOU are attributes of the ALMIGHTY! 

I will insert this very important FACT.. God is and always will be in EVERY level of the GOOD of your life! 

Even when you think you’re not worthy enough…….. Right beside YOU and IN YOUR HEART, Father is THERE!!!

That is because you are a child of God and your Father never leaves you! (even when you think you’re not being good..) 

YOU ARE SO VERY, VERY LOVED!!!

God ALWAYS HAS YOUR BACK!! 

You and God made a way for you to be here!!!

Again, these are the wonderful moments of God’s LOVE “connected in and through you”, coursing through your veins and your energy field!! 

Your spiritual DNA is PERFECT!!

In Luke 17:20 The Pharisees demanded Jesus to tell them when the kingdom of God should come and Jesus answered them “The kingdom of God cometh NOT with observation!”

This is interesting because followers of our time, (I was one also) think he’s coming in the flesh.

Did you absorb those last 3 words…..”NOT” WITH OBSERVATION!

This OTHER  truth was spoken from Jesus himself in Luke 17:21…”Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, “the kingdom of God is within YOU”.

This reads as…. you can LOOK anywhere for the kingdom with YOUR EYES, but YOU will not see it!!

Why?

You will not see it because it is WITHIN YOU! 

It’s a FEELING!! The FEELING OF LOVE!

SIT IN SILENCE IN YOUR TEMPLE

A calming sound to FOCUS on HELPS YOU TO TAKE NO THOUGHT!

The only way to find or get to the kingdom is to literally sit in SILENCE (or listening to a calming sound to focus on) with your eyes closed, preferably in a dark room or area. 

But also in a place where you can not be interrupted, because you are at church (per say).

YOUR Temple is built in SILENCE, because the construction TAKES PLACE WITHIN YOU during meditation, which is outside the realm of human thought!!

You ARE the TEMPLE! 

2nd Corinthians 3:16 Don’t YOU know that YOU are the temple of God, and that the spirit of God dwells in you?

2nd Corinthians 6:16 YOU are the temple of the living God; as God has said, “I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people”.

Acts 7:48 – The Most High Dwells NOT in Temples made by hands….

This TEMPLE is NOT made by MAN’S HANDS!! Do you possibly see this tiny but huge connection?  

Scripture is NOT just words… Each WORD has a MEANING to it, puzzle pieces if you will… 

Right now, physically, take your pointy fingers and place them at the sides of your head next to your eyes near your hairline, that is a part of YOUR TEMPLE!!

Now, take your pointy finger and place it between your eyebrows above your nose (YOUR third eye), that is also a part of YOUR TEMPLE!!

YOUR TEMPLE is also connected to your heart, where your LOVE LIGHT resides!! 

It just is……!!

During meditation, you’re closing your eyes so that your temple, where your third eye is, can become the single eye. 

Taking NO THOUGHT raises YOUR vibration to connect to the heaven’’s while you’re in your silent prayer.

The darkness allows the pineal gland to secrete melatonin. 

Melatonin causes your body to relax into the meditation

It is a practice though, because, during meditation, there is that increase in your vibration that will influence your pineal gland to vibrate. 

Which is spoken of as the single eye…. 

To get your eye to be single, to fill your body with light, it is a practice. 

Through this practice you will learn to understand the mechanics of that part.

It is a beautiful bit of a deeper connection than just sitting and connecting.

But, simple, easy, meditation is “you just praying (sitting quietly) in SILENCE”; Spirit (God) is normally a quiet communication. 

FEELING

CONNECT WITH THE FEELING OF LOVE

Once you understand this misunderstood scripture, you will realize it is about a FEELING within you.

God is LOVE and LOVE is a FEELING. 

Just knowing that… you will have finally realized this prayer is above all else!

You will get excited and desire more of this connection, because it actually FEELS really good while doing it! 

Even after you meditate, you will feel bliss, especially when you are actively wanting the feeling to linger.

You will ALSO come to notice that your desires are coming true, whether they are big or small desires (prayers, the asking). 

Most of our day is asking but we do not realize we are offering up prayers, it is so crazy and amazing!!

This FEELING, this DESIRE, is what drives you to look deeper for this Kingdom that is WITHIN YOU!

I AM adding this sentence to give more meaning to what I believe by reading each word….. “”The kingdom of God is within YOU (not in a building somewhere)””

The reality (for me) is that “a big percentage of churches” do not preach this nor do they practice this TRUE MEANING of CONNECTION! 

If they did….. They would NEED to teach us about meditation.

Meditation is what connects the kingdom INTO you. 

Meditation connects YOU to the kingdom – It is within YOU!

It says this in the bible, but those scriptures are never pursued for explanation.

I know…. YOU’VE GOT THIS!!
