SIT IN SILENCE IN YOUR TEMPLE

The only way to find or get to the kingdom is to permit yourself to sit in SILENCE (or listen to a calming sound to focus on) with your eyes closed, preferably in a dark room or area (option: use a sleeping mask). 

A calming sound to FOCUS on HELPS YOU TO TAKE NO THOUGHT!

TIP: You will find that your thoughts (maybe many of them) are still popping in, THAT’S OKAY! When you notice your thinking, just go back to the silence or the calming sound. This is what happens and how it works…… so just be cool. 

I also want you to know that IF you think you didn’t meditate…… I promise you, YOU DID!

Also, be in a place where you can not be interrupted because you are at church (per se).

YOUR Temple is built in SILENCE, because the construction TAKES PLACE WITHIN YOU during meditation, which is outside the realm of human thought!!

You ARE the TEMPLE! 

2nd Corinthians 3:16 Don’t YOU know that YOU are the temple of God and that the spirit of God dwells in you?

2nd Corinthians 6:16 YOU are the temple of the living God; as God has said, “I will dwell in them, and walk in them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people”.

Acts 7:48 – The Most High Dwells NOT in Temples made by hands….

Your TEMPLE is NOT made by MAN’S HANDS!! Do you possibly see this tiny but huge connection?  

I have realized that scripture is NOT just words… Each WORD has a MEANING and CONNECTION to it, puzzle pieces if you will… 

Right now, physically, take your pointy fingers and place them at the sides of your head next to your eyes near your hairline, that is a part of YOUR TEMPLE!!

Now, take your pointy finger and place it between your eyebrows above your nose (YOUR third eye), which is also a part of YOUR TEMPLE!!

YOUR TEMPLE is also connected to your heart, where your LOVE LIGHT resides!! It just is……!!

During meditation, you’re closing your eyes so that your temple, where your third eye is, can become a single eye and eventually vibrate high enough to cause the spark to fill your body with God’s light. (pineal, pituitary, and optic thalamus glands working together)

This is the spiritual light, unseen by human sight, but with eyes closed you will see it and feel it! 

Matthew 6:22-23 The single EYE; the light of the body is the eye. If your EYE be single your whole body shall be filled with light.

Genesis 32:30 And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved. 

Your pineal gland has the same wiring that your eyes have, this SHOULD BE proof enough that your pineal gland is part of the single eye used in/for meditation.

Matthew 6:22 – The light of the body is the eye: If therefore thine EYE be single; the whole body shall be full of light. (I.E. the optic thalamus)

Taking NO THOUGHT raises YOUR vibration to connect to the heavens while you’re in your silent prayer. (because you are allowing your thoughts to slow down or subside, the left logical brain part)

During silent prayer in meditation, your brain because of the melatonin gets totally relaxed and quits thinking (for the most part, gets better with practice). The darkness allows the pineal gland to secrete melatonin. 

Melatonin causes your body to relax into meditation, you will feel kind of like you feel right before falling asleep, you know that really good feeling?! Which is you connecting with the feeling of LOVE.

Once you understand these misunderstood scriptures, you will realize it is about a FEELING within you.

God is LOVE and ‘LOVE’ is a ‘FEELING’. 

Just knowing that… you will have finally realized this prayer is above all else!

You will get excited and desire more of this connection because it FEELS really good while doing it! 

Even after you meditate, you will usually feel bliss, especially when you are actively wanting the feeling to linger.

You will ALSO become aware that your desires are flowing easier (being given) whether they are big or small desires (prayers, the asking). 

Most of our day is asking but we do not realize we are offering up prayers, it is so crazy and amazing!!

This FEELING, this DESIRE, is what drives you to look deeper for this Kingdom that is WITHIN YOU!

The kingdom of God is within YOU (not in a building somewhere)”

The reality (for me) is that “a big percentage of churches” do not preach this nor do they practice this TRUE MEANING of CONNECTION! 

If they did….. They would NEED to teach us about meditation.

Meditation is what connects the kingdom INTO you. 

Meditation connects YOU to the kingdom – It is within YOU!

It says this in the bible, but those scriptures are never pursued for explanation. 

I believe it is because this is your golden key to your PERSONAL relationship with your Father in heaven and IF they taught this, YOU WOULD realize that YOU are YOUR OWN CHURCH. Do you get what I am telling you? I am grateful to share with you the truth of LOVE you carry WITHIN YOU. It’s free, it’s personal and it’s all yours!

Crazy sounding? Possibly, but THEY WORK!!! They ARE your guidance!!
